Why Choose Whole Wheat Pasta?

Ingredients


175g whole wheat spaghetti
40g rocket
1 clove garlic
300g mixed mushrooms
1 large shallot
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Preparation


Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

Peel and chop the shallot. Cut the mushrooms into pieces. Sauté everything in a pan with olive oil. Press and add the garlic.

Season with salt and pepper. Mix the mixture with the cooked noodles, add the arugula and refine with the parmesan.
