Un déjeuner complet et plein de vitamines (+ 6 mois).

Ingredients:

- 1/2 tomato (or less, depending on preferences)
- 1/4 pepper
- 1/4 onion
- 1/2 carrot
- Minced meat
- Rice
- Hot water

Preparation:

1. Prepare the vegetables: Wash and cut the tomato, pepper, onion and carrot into small pieces adapted to the baby's age (or puree if necessary).

2. Sauté the onion with the meat: In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil (or butter) and sauté the chopped onion until it becomes translucent. Add the minced meat and cook until it is well cooked.

3. Add vegetables: Add tomato, pepper and carrot. Cook over low heat until vegetables are tender and easy to digest.

4. Add rice and hot water: Add rice (in small quantities) and enough hot water to cook rice. Cook until rice is tender and water is absorbed. If necessary, you can blend or mash lightly for a more suitable texture.

5. Cool and serve: Let cool before giving to baby. You can also blend or mash the dish further depending on baby's chewing ability.

This makes for a soft and easily digestible meal, while still being nutritious for a baby 6 months and older.
