Healthy Red Lentil Bread Recipe
š Ingredients
1 cup red lentils (soaked overnight)
2 eggs š„
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 small cup (or 3 tablespoons) Greek yogurt
3 teaspoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Spices: cumin, thyme, or oregano
Dill (fresh or ground)
For garnish: sesame seeds and nigella seeds

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the tray and spread evenly.
Preheat the oven to 180Ā°C (356Ā°F).
Bake for 35 minutes or until the bread is cooked through and golden on top.
Garnish with sesame seeds and nigella seeds.
